Problem

Feedback is scattered across Telegram, email, Google Forms, and web forms. Collecting, reading, and analyzing it manually takes a long time, and negative feedback often goes unanswered. There is no single picture: which issues recur, what to improve first, who to assign the task to.

FeedbackFlow is a ready-made kit of 8 workflows for n8n that covers the full feedback loop: from receiving a message in Telegram or an email to creating a task in a task tracker and sending an analytical report to a manager. You don't need to write code or set up complex integrations — you import the JSON files into n8n, connect your accounts, and get a working system. The first workflow (01_feedback_collector_webhook.json) receives data from any sources via Webhook, normalizes it into a single format, and saves it to a database (Airtable or Google Sheets). Separate workflows are provided for a Telegram bot (05_telegram_feedback_bot.json), parsing Email via IMAP (06_email_parser_feedback.json), and receiving Google Forms responses (07_google_forms_connector.json). They all write to the same database and send a notification to Telegram. The second block is analysis. The workflow 02_sentiment_analysis_llm.json, on a schedule or when new records appear, takes reviews from the database, sends them to an LLM (OpenAI or Claude), determines sentiment, identifies key topics and problem areas, and then updates the records in the database. This allows you to automatically separate positive from negative and group complaints by category without manual review. The third block is reporting and actions. The workflow 03_feedback_report_generator.json once a day or week aggregates data, generates a summary with recommendations via an LLM, and sends it to Telegram, Email, or Slack. The workflow 04_task_creator_for_issues.json automatically creates tasks in a task tracker (Trello, Jira, Asana, or ClickUp) based on negative reviews and categorized problems, assigns owners and priorities. Installation guide
