1. Subject

Fizoni sells digital products (workflow templates, ready systems, scripts, guides). Payment implies acceptance of these terms.

2. License

By purchasing a product, you receive a non-exclusive license for personal and commercial use within your own business. Reselling, publishing, or distributing the product's source files as a standalone product is prohibited.

3. Delivery

Products are delivered instantly via a personal download link issued after payment confirmation by the payment provider.

4. Refunds

Due to the digital nature of the product with instant delivery, refunds are not provided by default. A refund may be considered in the event of a technical malfunction on our side if the issue is not resolved by support.

5. Limitation of Liability

Products are provided "as is". We do not guarantee any specific commercial outcome from their use. The use of third-party services (n8n, Make, LLM APIs, etc.) is governed by their own terms.

6. Support and Updates

Product version updates are provided via a download link. Support is available by email on business days.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms. The current version is always available on this page.
