Refund Policy

1. Digital products

All products on the site are digital and are provided as a download link and/or files available immediately after payment. The moment access is granted is considered the moment the order is fulfilled.

2. Return period

You can request a refund within 14 days from the moment of purchase, if the product does not work, does not match the description, or contains technical errors that we were unable to resolve.

3. Refund Terms

• Refunds are issued upon confirmation of payment (order number or e-mail).
• It is advisable to attach a description of the problem to the request.
• If the product has already been successfully downloaded and used, refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis.

4. How to request a refund

Write to support email: [email protected] or in Telegram @mazlivecom. Please provide the order number (in the format ORD-FZN-XXXX) and the reason. We process requests within a few business days.

5. Return method

The refund is made using the same method that was used for payment, within a reasonable time after the request is approved.

6. No refunds

No refund is issued if the product has been used, distributed, or resold by the buyer in violation of the terms of use.
