Problem
Running a Telegram channel requires a constant stream of content: monitoring news, writing posts, selecting images, publishing on a schedule, and tracking statistics. Doing this manually takes hours a day, and ChatGPT can't work on a schedule, connect to the Telegram API, process RSS, or store data — that requires integration and orchestration.
Solution
A system of 8 n8n workflows automates the entire cycle: RSS collection → summarization via LLM → generation of posts with emoji and images → scheduled publishing → statistics collection. Google Sheets is used as the central control panel: drafts, approval, statuses, analytics. You can publish fully automatically or approve content manually.
More details
“Content Factory” is not just another prompt pack, but a working content orchestration system for Telegram channels built on n8n. You get 8 connected workflows that cover the full cycle: from collecting news from RSS to publishing and analytics. The system is built on a combination of RSS + LLM (OpenAI/Anthropic) + Google Sheets + Telegram Bot API + DALL-E/Unsplash. Each workflow solves its own task and can be used separately or as part of a common chain.
The first workflow (01_rss_digest_workflow.json) runs on a schedule every hour, pulls news from specified RSS feeds via HTTP Request and XML parsing, filters out duplicates by GUID, summarizes each news item via LLM, and generates a digest post with emoji. The result is saved to Google Sheets as a draft — without publishing, so you can review the content.
The second workflow (02_telegram_auto_poster.json) runs on a schedule (for example, every 3 hours), takes unpublished posts with the status 'draft' from Google Sheets, checks for media, and if none is present, generates an image via DALL-E or selects one via the Unsplash API. Then it publishes to the Telegram channel, changes the status to 'published', and records the publication time.
The third workflow (03_telegram_stats_collector.json) collects statistics once a day for the latest published posts via the Telegram Bot API (views, reactions, reposts), aggregates the data on a separate 'Stats' sheet in Google Sheets, and generates a daily summary. This gives you an understanding of what content performs well.
The fourth workflow (04_content_idea_generator.json) is triggered via Webhook (POST with a topic or keywords) and generates 3 post variants in different styles: news, analytical, engaging — with emoji and an image suggestion. The variants are saved to Google Sheets for manual selection or automatic publishing.
The fifth workflow (05_rss_to_telegram_instant.json) triggers on a new item in the RSS feed, instantly summarizes it, adds emoji, generates an image via DALL-E, and immediately publishes to Telegram. It is suitable for urgent news without delay.
The sixth workflow (06_telegram_post_scheduler.json) accepts via Webhook the post text, publication time, and optionally an image URL, saves it to Google Sheets with a scheduled status, and then on a schedule (every 5 minutes) checks whether the time has arrived and publishes it. The seventh (07_unsplash_image_fetcher.json) is an auxiliary service: via Webhook with keywords, it searches for an image via the Unsplash API, downloads it and uploads it to Telegram or returns the URL. The eighth (08_google_sheets_content_manager.json) synchronizes Google Sheets with Telegram every 30 minutes: it publishes rows with the status 'approved' and updates statuses, acting as a centralized content control panel.
The entire system is delivered as importable JSON files for n8n. All you need to do is connect your API keys (OpenAI/Anthropic, Telegram Bot, Google Sheets, DALL-E, Unsplash) and specify RSS feeds. No code — everything is configured in the n8n interface.

Installation guide
1. Install n8n (self-hosted or cloud) version 1.x or newer. 2. Import all 8 JSON files via the 'Import from File' menu in n8n. 3. Create a bot in Telegram via @BotFather and get the token. 4. Create a project in Google Cloud, enable the Google Sheets API, and get a service account or OAuth access. 5. Get API keys: OpenAI/Anthropic, DALL-E (included in OpenAI), Unsplash. 6. In each workflow, open the nodes with credentials and insert your keys. 7. Specify the RSS feeds in the HTTP Request node of workflows 01 and 05. 8. Create a Google Sheet with the sheets 'Content' and 'Stats' and specify their IDs in the corresponding nodes. 9. Configure the schedule in the Schedule Trigger to match your timetable. 10. Activate the workflows. For manual control, use the 'Content' sheet: set the status to 'approved' to publish via workflow 08.
