Problem

Micro-agencies spend 5–8 hours a month preparing reports for each client: manually exporting data from GA4 and Facebook Ads, cross-checking with the CRM, calculating CPL/CAC/ROMI, writing insights, and assembling the presentation. With 5–10 clients, that's 25–80 hours of routine work that doesn't scale and doesn't make money.

Solution

ReportFlow automates the entire cycle: scheduled data collection from GA4, Facebook Ads, and HubSpot, normalization and writing to a unified storage, metric aggregation by client_id and period, generation of text insights via LLM, rendering of a white-label HTML report with charts and tables, saving to Google Drive, and automatic delivery to clients via Email/Telegram/Slack. New clients are onboarded through a webhook form with key validation.

More details

ReportFlow is a ready-to-use system of 8 connected n8n workflows that automates client reporting for micro-agencies. Instead of spending 5–8 hours of manual work per client each month, you set up the connections once — and the system then collects data daily from Google Analytics 4, Facebook Ads, and your client's CRM (HubSpot), stores it in a single repository (Google Sheets), and aggregates it by client_id and period. Based on the aggregated metrics, an LLM module generates written insights: what grew, what declined, what anomalies appeared, where budget is being overspent, and what the action plan is for the next period. Then a white-label HTML report is rendered with the agency's branding, charts (Chart.js/QuickChart directly in HTML), tables, and a recommendations block. The finished report is saved to Google Drive as HTML, and a PDF can be generated via the browser's built-in print function. A distribution dispatcher sends reports to clients on schedule via Email (SMTP/Gmail) and/or Telegram/Slack, logging delivery and errors. New client onboarding is automated: a webhook form accepts API keys, client_id, branding, and schedule, validates connections to GA4, Facebook Ads, and HubSpot, and registers the client in the database. Each workflow can be used independently or assembled into a single pipeline. This isn't a prompt or a guide — it's working integrations that you import into your n8n and launch right away. The product is suitable for reselling to clients under your own brand: the white-label logic is separated into a dedicated rendering and onboarding configuration step.
