Problem
Info producers spend hours on manual work around a webinar: sending reminders, collecting questions from chats, writing identical follow-up emails to all participants, and launching upsells manually. As a result, warm leads are lost, and conversion to purchase drops because the emails don't account for a person's behavior.
Solution
The system automates the entire cycle: a webhook receives registrations and immediately sends a welcome message, a cron workflow sends reminders 24 hours / 1 hour / 10 minutes in advance, a form collects questions, a tracker records behavior (opens, clicks, logins, time, downloads), AI generates a personalized follow-up email based on this data, and a separate workflow launches an upsell sequence. The dashboard shows funnel metrics in real time.

“AI Funnel for Webinars” is a kit consisting of 7 importable n8n workflows and an HTML dashboard that covers the entire cycle of working with webinar participants: from registration to upsell. You don’t need to program or build integrations from scratch — each workflow already includes validation logic, email templates, database handling (Airtable or Google Sheets), and sending via SMTP/Gmail. All you need to do is import the JSON, enter your API keys, and connect the database.
The system consists of independent modules that can be run separately or together. Workflow 01 accepts registrations via Webhook, validates the fields, and immediately sends a welcome email with a calendar link. Workflow 02 sends reminders on a schedule (cron) 24 hours, 1 hour, and 10 minutes before the webinar. Workflow 03 provides a web form for collecting questions and notifies the organizer. Workflow 04 tracks participant behavior: email opens, clicks, webinar attendance, time present, and material downloads. Workflow 05 analyzes this data and, via OpenAI/Claude, generates a unique follow-up email tailored to each participant’s interests and activity. Workflow 06 launches an upsell email series based on a trigger (for example, after a click or payment). Workflow 07 provides JSON statistics for the dashboard, and file 08 is a ready-made HTML interface with funnel metrics.
The key difference from ordinary ChatGPT use: here you get not text, but working automation. ChatGPT does not manage email campaigns, does not track participant behavior over time, does not store profiles in a database, and does not run scenarios on a schedule. This system does all of the above without your involvement: a participant registers, receives emails, their actions are recorded, and the AI forms a personalized message based on those actions.
All workflows are built on a single stack: n8n (self-hosted or cloud), Airtable or Google Sheets as the database, SMTP/Gmail for sending emails, and OpenAI or Claude for text generation. No other CRM or platforms are required. If you already use GetCourse, you can pass events from it via Webhook into workflow 04 — the system will accept them without changes.
The dashboard (08_dashboard_ui.html) opens locally in a browser or can be hosted on any hosting service. It calls the API of workflow 07 and shows the number of registrations, attendance, activity, and conversions in real time. This lets you see the state of the funnel without logging into n8n.

Installation guide
1. Install or open n8n (self-hosted or cloud). 2. Import the JSON files 01–07 via the "Import from File" menu. 3. Connect the database: create a table in Airtable or Google Sheets with the fields (name, email, phone, source, behavior, questions) and specify the credentials in the corresponding nodes. 4. Configure SMTP/Gmail credentials for sending emails. 5. Add the OpenAI or Claude API key to workflow 05. 6. In workflows 02 and 05, check the cron schedule and adjust it to your webinar time if necessary. 7. Copy the Webhook URL from workflows 01 and 04 and paste them into the registration and tracking forms on your website. 8. Open 08_dashboard_ui.html, specify the API URL from workflow 07 in the JavaScript, and save the file. 9. Activate all workflows. 10. Perform a test registration and check the email sequence and the dashboard update.
